Experience

3-4 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships. Experience in [Mention Specific Industry - e.g., FMCG, IT, Manufacturing, etc.] is highly preferred. Prior experience in managing a small team or mentoring junior sales representatives is a plus. Must possess a thorough understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and be comfortable working with CRM systems. Familiarity with the Aurangabad market and its specific business dynamics is desirable.

Roles and Responsibility

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets within the Aurangabad region.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to improve their performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Aurangabad market.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement sales campaigns.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activities.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.Manage and track sales expenses within budget.Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
