Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of progressive experience in a commercials or sales operations environment, preferably within the [Insert Industry - e.g., technology, consumer goods, financial services] industry. Roles and Responsibility

Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with customers and partners.Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance to senior management.Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on commercial objectives.Manage the budget for the commercial department, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Develop and implement commercial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities, conducting market research and competitive analysis.Lead commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in commercial management.Participate in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs.
