Required Skills

Roles and Responsibility

Assist customers with inquiries, transactions, and general support Manage and organize branch documentation and filing systems Support branch operations, including data entry, reporting, and inventory checks Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient customer service Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming branch environment Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
